^There is no zip file nor is it required anymore. Update to newest CMW rom manger, which I think is version 4.1 .0 from the market and then flash to CMW recovery 3.0.2.8.

Done! Thanks for the information. That was easy. For some reason, I had a hard time scrolling to the nook, seemed very touchy and every time I tried to scroll it would highlight and bring up a flash for something else. No biggie though, got the job done.

So with this can I now update CM7 via Rom Manager, or do I still have to download on my desktop, copy the rom file to the SD, and reboot to recovery to install?

On a side note I just realized tonight that I never actually installed rom manager again after I switched to CM7 from Phiremod. Just kinda forgot about it as I was always updating CM7 from a bootable CWR.

Last is 4.2.0.1 and it allows to flash to 3.0.2.8 right away.

It allows U to flash directly to current CM 7.02 or to Nightly 55.
No Phiremod

I went to the CM7 page and downloaded the latest version because it does not show up in Rom Manager. I am able to select it to install from the SD card in rom manager, but then it asks if I want to "format data and cache." Normally I just format cache when I install manually. Do I select format "data and cache" when updating via rom manager?

I think only Rom Manager Premium let U download roms.

I was.able to download 55 in rom manager. I was also able to go to the CM7 page and download the latest rom directly to the as card and hen select it in rom manager to install. I don't have premium...

I should know this but everytime I do a update from sd card my emmc changes. Or at least I think I'm updating from the card. I'm back to 7.03 on sd card and want to update to the new rom.

Sorry I'm a little confused here. You are running CM7 on EMMC and then trying to flash a newer version to EMMC from the SD card? Or you have CM7 on a bootable SD card and when you try and update the bootable SD card you keep changing the EMMC instead of the bootable SD card version?
