I have a proscan,PLT7810K, tablet, this thing has an app called, HELP, when I go Intl this thing, it lists a bunch of crap that you can't even click on, then at the very end, in BOLD print, it lists, FIRMWARE E and MANUEL E, so I'm thinkin, oh great, I just click on MANUAL E, and I get some kind of manual that tells me everything I need to know. WRONG!. I click on this SOB and the little blue signal bar on top of the screen pops out about an inch and something says, LOADING, and the download, whatever this THING may be, NEVER come to completion. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT!. I'm ready to take this bean box and throw it out the window!
