MID M9000 Hard Reset

Hi I've been searching for an answer to my problem on here with no luck. I had to do a hard reset and since then my touchscreen has become irresponsive. Any idea why this has happened? Ive been trying to sort this for 3 days now. Any help would be truly appreciated

More information: Ive been on ************* to download the firmware for the tablet, installed to tablet using PheonixCard but as I said above the touchscreen now doesnt work even tho I actually managed to get by the my initial problem of unlocking password. I think Im doing everything right lol. Im wondering whether the firmware isnt the right one

how did you get your password unlocked?

He did it by doing a hard reset of the tablet.
