Well, the only thing I can think of is that Android drivers have not been installed on your PC. Other than that, I can't really help you. Where you found LiveSuite and its ROM should have detailed instructions on how to use it.

We don't support livesuite here, but if you check the old development threads, you can find the information and files/drivers you need. Livesuite drivers are different than the ADB drivers.

The information definitely. The drivers actually may still have a live link, as I focused more on removing LiveSuite itself and the ROMs than anything else.
