Thanks for all the recommendations, I just ordered 2 of the Archos 101 as Swould333 suggested and gurgle ordered too.
I hope it's the best deal nowadays.

After countless hours of reading and researching, I am going to pull the trigger on the 101.
Does anyone have an opinion of the app storage limitations on the archos gen 8 tablets?

I decided in the end to go with the non branded because the reviews for the SmartQ T7 were too brief. Also when i visited the SmartQ tablet forum there were several reports of buggy software. Reports of loss of wifi and lack of sync on video playback.
It does not play FlY,MOV< MPEG, MP4, MV4, etc. Therefore do not buy any SmartQ tablets until the software bugs are fixed.
Well i have plumped for the HAIPAD which i heard is better than the X5A.
