Gosh, was it something I said.

Yeah, I'm still new at this and >>>

Was messing around in the Settings>CyanogenMod settings>Performance>CPU speed areas where there be "Dragons Ahead"

Because I would like to have the CPU set at Max 925, Min at 300, (my version of a poor mans overclock.) I made those changes and evidently more that just those.

Now,

OK, I can live with that. WiFi off. Possible, yes
Ran Titanium and everything now works except my wallpaper does not come back and has to be re set every time I boot.
