Nook Tablet seems frozen while trying to reroot!

A few days ago I rooting my 16gb Nook tablet, version 1.4.1, with the SD card method and it worked perfectly. However this afternoon I get a message on my screen saying my tablet has been updated to version 1.4.3. I checked and I have lost root.

I read that this method works on all versions so I attempted to reroot using the same SD card method. It won't let me install from SD card. All I get it a circular arrow with a top hat over it. I fact, I can't to anything with it, doesn't matter if the SD card is in or out. Can't even shut the tablet off.

Any ideas how I can get myself out of this and reroot?

I just use a N2A card in my Nook from n2acards.com and it works on the new 1.4.3 update. I would recommend that way but if you are set on rooting it yourself then you might need to wait a little bit because that update is fairly new and the developers need time to figure out a way to root it.
