Pandigital Multimedia Novel 7" Black Will Not Install Firmware Update

So I've had this tablet for a little over a year and hardly used it. I recently got it back out of the box and tried installing the firmware update from the Pandigital website. The first time was unsuccessful but I researched and got rid of the error message that time. After trying to install it again, I got another error message. (Image shown below) I cannot get around this one. I have tried everything I know and researched everywhere! Can someone please help me?? View attachment 9431
