Prestiege 7L Tablet will not mount Internal SD Card

Hello all. I am hoping you can assist me with my problem.

My Prestiege 7L (Visual Land Tablet) will no mount the Internal SD Card. All of my downloads fail, or don't work at all.

My normal Browser stopped downloading things a long time ago, so whenever I would reset my tablet, I would download UC Browser o download things from the internet.

Now, my built-in market says parse error whenever I try to download anything.

My tablet work fine, but it will no let me update my apps, use my camera, view my gallery, or downla anything.

My device I not rooted, and I have never flashed a rom of any kind. I really hope you can assist me with this issue.
