Q ware QW TB-1040 booting problem

Hello guys,

just bought the a.m tablet with google android 4.0
specs: 1 GHZ CPU
10 inch display
512 mb ddr 4 gb flash memory

my kids started playing with it and its almost 3 hours now that its frozen...
the only thing i see on the screen is the word android (like shining)..
I dont know if theres way to reset it .. at least theres no reset button....
i try to keep the power button pressed but without a result.
any suggestions are welcome

I bought today the same device in Intertoys for my kid. Guess what happened? Almost the same story: the device hanged and I did not know what to do. I was very angry, because on Monday I'll fly away and I just have no time to exchange it. So, I understand what you feel I have registered on the forum with one goal: to answer your question.
So, the manual is simple: take a paperclip and put it in a small hole at left side, next to microphone hole. This is reset. The device will be rebooted immediately.
