Questions About Onda v701

Welcome everyone i have 2 problem in my onda v701
1 : when i open onda it making restart and Does not want to open it until after 5 times restarting i try to make it firmwere but cant connect on programe USB-Burning-tool what should i do ( i make root for it and delet alot of programe from it

2: i show some people install about 73 apps on their devices and not lag Versa the apps and games work with very fast . when i install about 8 apps the tablet frezzing and not Receives orders must shut down and open again how i can fix this with or without root

It isn't so much the number of apps. It's much more about what the apps do and how they do it. Especially if the apps have active widgets. There is no hard/fast solution to #2 as there are to many variables.
