Hi, I followed these instructions. I get as far as pressing M and power and see your Step 4 image but then it shows a list of instructions like Load from SD card, reboot now, delete cache and quite a few others. The SD card choice does nothing and reboot now just wipes everything to factory settings but still with version 4.0.1. Any advice please?
