Well, it is, and its awesosme, but at least I am only user in this case and i tried to find a way to include drivers and got stuck, kinda too complicated for me, as I found only some linux packager, well Im noob in this.

I guess there is lot of interest in your build, tell us what you need (prints from lsusb, etc.), so we could help.

My JB alpha 1, 2 and 3 are all far to unstable for any sort of release or even alpha release, perhaps another time.

please, i understand that, but i still would like to use it, i do some coding so, i can work on somethings

I have started developing a better custom rom for the ELF 2 tablet, most of my time will be spent on that project.

I will of course still provide updates for this ROM as they are made available such as improved MALI performance on the BoxChip

I had been reading this forum for quite sometime possibly years... and seen a few threads with people smashing their face with the slower lower end A13, so I have decided to share this rom with the community of those who own a generic allwinner A13 boxchip tablet primarily those that can be found on offbeat china sites claiming these are 7" IN Momo 9 OEM Devices

This rom changed FPS in MXplayer from 7.5fps on a 720p MP4 to 19.63-29.97 depending on the filter which is my primary reason for even posting this here.

I hope this helps some of you out, and remember when you first boot this it will be in Chinese and you have to select your language manually.

Installation:
1. Open LiveSuit 1.09 or 1.11BETA
2. Select the image file packaged in this release.

Do not release the volume button, and insert the usb

4. LiveSuit will detect the tablet and ask you what to do.
5. Make a choice to flash it or bail, this choice is yours.

Simply a driver hack to allow all GL calls no api restriction, this however is not in the new version.

This version may work with a mcpad screen, try it and post results if you wish.

Or alternatively if the vendor McBub wanted to provide hardware for development that would also make this seamless...

Hi,
thanks for trying to help us. Tried firmware now and there are several problems with screen.
1.) Screen picture shifted aprox 1cm left.
2.) Touch screen is like inverted....when i want to click home buton, it open "task bar", when I click "task bar" it click one of back/home/volume buttons. When I want to unlock screen, I have to touch like half a screen left from unlock icon and point other way than I should (unlock should be to right, i have to point to left). Left-right inverted, up-down is ok.

Is there anything you could do with that?


EDIT: Wifi and audio Working, accelerator doesnt.

EDIT2: Best align and right orientation of touch screen i have with this firmware (but no accelerator function, I just didnt know how to backup original ROM and now I kinda regret it....only kinda, with original ROM tablet randomly freezed).

By my suplier it is original ROM, but I have seen after first run (after tablet arrived) newer version thank this link. But I dont mind, with this ROM tablet at least does not freeze. Eventhough accelerator does not work with it.

Anyway, I would love to use 4.0.4 Hyper Edition, only problem now is offset of screen, mirrored touch screen, and accelerator, otherwise everything is working like a charm.


Could someone with "McBub" clone do lsmod in Android Terminal for me? I would like to find out which driver Im missing in my system, so I could try to load some and see if accelerator is working. I wrote to my supplier but so far no answer.
