[SOLVED] Endless Boot Loop, Even After Factory Reset

Hello,

Newbie here. I have an Ematics egs114 tablet that will not boot up. I can get to the upgrade screen but do not have a rom file to flash. Would anyone happen to have this rom file. The rom file in the post did not work for me.
