stuck at the future of reading

this is what i get for messing around with my stable nook while being dead tired

have CWR 3.0.05 - prerooted 1.1 anyways downloaded CWR 3.0.1, placed it the root of my SDcard - did not realize i had a couple of forum windows open in two separate monitors and used the wrong instructions to try to upgrade to 3.0.1 - what i did was launched ROM Manager and clicked on 'Install Rom fro SDCARd' - it seemed to launch ok then asked me to erase my cache - without thinking i said ok - now the nook boots but get's stuck at the "Touch the future of reading" display

any tips on a workaround fix? thinking of booting up via a bootable CWR - how do i get by backup restores (located in a different SDcard)?

well looks like i solved my problem, after i booted up with the recovery SD, i was in the clockword screen, selected reboot recovery and wala back to normal

It was mentioned in a couple other threads too, that usually by booting with recovery SD it helps solve the problem.
U solved it fast, so no worries.

Uninstall and reinstall CWM recovery. Upgrade CWM Rom manager through the market. There is a flashable zip for the new CWM recovery, which you flash inside CWM recovery like a rom or kernel.
