i have a rocket-chip tablet it is stuck in the boot up mode on the android logo can someone help plz

Have you tried a pin-hole reset or a hardware reset? What is the name of the device?

Hi chennxz, congratulations on your Rockchip based tablet and welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets. I'd suggest you try doing a factory reset of that tablet.
