The Coby Porn Tablet? News: Southern Ill. girl, 12, gets new computer, finds porn

MARION, Ill. -- A southern Illinois family's Christmas went awry when a touch-pad tablet computer given to a 12-year-old girl instantly became what she calls a "Perv Pad."
Jay Hardin of Marion tells WSIL-TV that the girl touched the device once to switch screens, only to discover two porn-related applications already installed on the computer. Hardin says he quickly took the computer away from the girl.
It isn't clear how the questioned apps made their way onto the device. The manufacturer says nothing like that is pre-programmed on the Coby Kyros computer and that someone might have previously purchased the device, downloaded some extra applications and returned it to the store.
The Hardin family plans to replace the tablet computer with a new one.

haha. What i dont get though is why are they getting a whole new tablet why not just delete the apps, unless they were told it was brand new when they bought it because i wouldnt want to pay full price for a used tablet
