Did you clear Market's data in settings, changed LCD density to 160 and rebooted as suggested??

Either Google changed something in Market or your system is broken somehow (bad build.prop as trickbicker suggested?) so Market doesn't recognize your tablet's model.
As other people with 7022 seem to have no problems, I think it's your device. I would go to the thread about ClockWorkMod, install it, restore the backup firmware that someone (I forgot who) shared there, and if it doen't come with Market, install it from zero using the right set of files.
