Touch Screen Not Working

Hi all

I'm new here, so please be gentle with me. I'm not very techie, so please bear with me.

I have the Zenithink ZT180, 2.2 and cannot get the touch screen to work. It works ok with a mouse, but not the touch screen.

Can anyone help please Is there something I can do?

If you did nothing as flashing firmware, then is a hardware fault.

Oh, finally I figured it out: one needs a mouse. After that I had to calibrate the touchscreen. It works OK now.

I tried calibrating screen and it says I was successful, but still didn't work.

Oki then what have you done that the touch screen isn't working?
And if calibrating the screen isn't working it maybe a hardware fault or the plug inside the tablet is loose.

OK thanks. I didn't do anything It just isn't working, so must be a hardware fault. Thanks for your reply.
