Mine is the same. Any OS that I have tried to put on it already has not been able to erase the NAND Flash partition. If the partition can be erased. I should be able to put something on it. I just do not know my model. By as far as what you have and I have it is closely resemblance to a Gome Flytouch. So if I had to tell what I had. Then I would have to call it what it mostly looks like. Otherwise I need to call it a generic tablet that is nothing by name. Which in case if you are trying to find stuff for it then it becomes hard and almost impossible if you do not know what it mostly resembles or is.
