I've searched and cant find where to get the update.zip to put in the nand to updste my Jelly Bean. I have a visual land prestige 10. please help

I did and it doesn't say anything about my question. I've tried to call & e-mail for days.

If you are referring to the KitKat update, many manufacturers have not revealed any specfic rollout date for KitKat. Additionally, some devices will never get KitKat.

I have jelly bean 4.0 and I've never updated it since I got it in August. I went just to check and see if there was an update and got the message that I can't until I have update.zip in nand or as card.

If you did, then I don't know what more you can do but wait and see if they respond.
