Upgrade a augen genbook

Does anyone know if I can upgrade my augen genbook nba 2400a from android 1.6 to the new 3.1 version, and can I upgrade the memory?

Unless someone has built a ROM for this tablet I don't think it is possible, and since Augen has gone out of business i don't know who will be doing this.

Interested in knowing did your genbook keep knocking you off the browser. If so, what did you do to correct problem.

does anyone know of a good site for genbook info? i have a genbook from ebay (nba10800a) which is acceptable - except the dude loaded android for a 7" screen. i have located android for a 10.2" screen, but how do i install. google is of little help - i can't even find out how to root this thing.
