SAME HERE!!!!! Nothing beyond - USB Tethering -> USB Not Connected!!! No clues how to proceed further? Transformer TF201 with ICS 4.0.3

So you can't use bluetooth or wifi tethering? I use foxfi on my phone and honeycomb bluetooth tether with a htc evo 4g. It's one of the harder phones to tether. PdaNet tablet should work for ics.
