CWR means Clockwork Recovery. You need to follow these steps carefully here http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...m-manager-nandroid-backup-custom-kernels.html. It creates a custom recovery that has options at boot to do certain things like backup system, install roms (custom Android operating systems) and install kernels for speed, amongst other things.
