VPN Problem on ZEPAD Android 4.0 Tablet PC ZT-280 C91

Hi,
I'm having trouble trying to set up a vpn. I always time out.When I ping the vpn adress I cannot get through. Traceroute stops at address of my router. Any suggestions please?

Also is there an english speaking support mail address for Zenithink?
