Where can I find spare parts for my ZiiO7 touchscreen

My ZiiO7 screen cracked and I need to know where can I buy the outer screen panel in Singapore.
Now, the touch screen cannot work.

The size of the LCD is 174x100x2mm, resolution 480x800.
