wifi cuts off

need help with a wifi issue i have a herotab c8 and the wifi cuts off after about 20 seconds. i've seen several people in this forum with simlar issues but no resolve was found. also the ip and mac address show up as unavailable

ive changed the sleep setting to never and the compatability but still having the same issue

This post and video seems to be one good solution. other than that there's not much more info out there. It's worth a shot but be very careful
