Zenithink C93 Internal Storage Problem

Thanks fir the help mate any idea what card i need as theres so many would like a 32 gig one fpr this should i just getna smaller one first.

It really depends on what you are going to use it for...

I've been using my modified files for a 2GB data partition, so my internal space is only 4.75GB big.... I use my sdcard more for music, videos, gps maps, and data for certain games, so I use a 32GB card.... Most people say smaller sized sdcards are better for flashing the tablets, but I haven't had any problems using my 32GB SanDisk sdcards for flashing the tablet and having my data on it....

Might be good to get one of each if possible....

Do u guys have charging problems mine can be on charge all day eg at 40% on charge like just now take it out play draw me dor 5mins pkug back in charge now its at 13% still in charge lol

You got your tablet fixed now? How did you do it? So what version tablet do you have?

Are you trying to charge via the USB port or via the power port? Again, I haven't tried Zenithink's jellybean ROMs, but on the ICS ROM I am using (for the H6_1f - [ROM] Zenithink's Official 20120911 ICS ROM - SlateDroid.com)and Christian Troy's CM10.1 (JellyBean 4.2.2 - [rom] CyanogenMod 10.1 for C97 / C93 (update 2013-04-12) - SlateDroid.com), the tablet seems to charge better via the power port for me here in the US, and usually when the tablet is off or the screen is off, charging via the usb port sometimes doesn't seem to work, or it gets stuck at 93% charge and won't go to 100%...

Interesting, for me it takes longer via the usb port (and I usually don't get a full charge)..... But I mostly use my tablets while it's connected to a power source, and only use it on battery power for short periods (only a couple of hours)...

your a superstar m8 seller sold me an 8gig card and a 4gig for free put the program on the 4gig and it fixed it. thanks so much mate. i will keep the 4gig card safe lol. since im new to android i really dont know what apps i need that come with my tablet. the list is that i dont know what really for or need. adobe reader. app installer. go keyboard, es file explorer, pro office suit, slatedroid app, superuser, and do i need an antivirus program like dr web lite?.

Congrats! So you flashed the whole ROM, or just formatted the internal storage area?

Anti-virus is up to you, I haven't used it on my Android tablets yet.... I don't download or install any apps that could be malicious, and don't really browse websites I don't know on it, or download files that I am unsure of... Really depends what you are going to use your tablet for.... If I may ask, what are you using your tablet for (in general)?

I did the first method, my 8gig card works in tablet but not on laptop lol weird eh, jst using it for kids games facebook, and some lite browsing on my dj page' i use laptop for anything else,

see when i plug the tablet into the laptop via usb cable it says it cant find the drivers and asks for a disc what do i need too fix this as the 8 gig card wont read in the sd reader in the laptop but the 4gig card will.

I don't think you need any drivers for Mass Storage mode.... Maybe try just unplugging and re-plugging the usb cable....

Strange... It should work, but again I haven't tried Zenithink's JellyBean ROMs, I am using my modified version of Zenithink's ICS ROM.... Are you sure you are using the correct usb port on the tablet? The one between the headphone port and the HDMI out port? Maybe some setting on the tablet isn't checked? When the tablet senses a connection to the computer and you go into usb mass storage mode, the internal storage gets unmounted so the computer can read it... I wonder if that's causing your "vanished" memory, or maybe it's just getting corrupted...

Have you tried my ICS ROM? Does that have the same problem on your tablet? C93_ICS_0911_omarahum_modified_Zenithink_ROM_updatedNov9th2012.zip and C93.system.patch.zt280.tar.bz.tar (delete the C93. from beginning of the system patch file and add it to the zt-update folder, has the G-sensor fix for games like Temple Run)...

Edit: Maybe I was wrong, sorry.... (I haven't had to install anything for almost 3 years...) When your computer asks for the driver see if the android_winusb.inf file in the usb_driver folder works http://www.mediafire.com/file/dl50yh3k9asltgd/ADB16R_and_USB_Driver.rar

thanks ill try them out . the tablet went into debugging mode said no bebugging program set. when plugged in via usb too laptop. shall i download those files onto the 4 gig card and reflash then and delete the other one i reflashed it with the first time. yeah i couldnt get temple run too work it wouldnt tilt too the sides.

not sure whats causing it too fail. it was working fine i was playing real racing 3 put it on charge for a while came back and it vanished 10 hours of racing gone :/.
