Zepad Wi-Fi Connection Problem

Hello everyone! Just bought 4 tablets for Christmas, usually pretty tech savy, but I'm stumped on this one! I'm from Kansas born n raised. Hopefully, I can get some answers here! Thanks so much for the site!

Ok, so I'm not sure where to post this. So, here it goes. After my Zeepads recognize my wi-fi signal, it says "saved,protected by wpa" and tries to authenticate. After trying twice, the status under my wi-fi says " authentication problem" and I'm stuck. Tried connecting to computer through usb with no help there.. Signal strength is excellent. Would love to figure this out so my kids can enjoy their tablets from Santa! Thank you!
