Amazon Free App of the Day

Smart RAM Booster Pro is the 1/21 app.

Most of Android devices bundle with limited memory. Android task manager will selectively kill low priority tasks in order to reserve memory to higher priority task. That’s not always run at an appropriate time, causing low responsive apps, lagging, especially when you launch a new app after heavily browsing web pages. It causes a worse experience.

How RAM Booster works

RAM Booster is designed to overcome these issues by selectively kill less important apps that are running in the background but consumes considerable device’s memory.

Check the permissions.Does anyone really need a ram booster?

Spin to Win is the 1/22 app.

Spin to Win is a brilliant combination of two of our favorite games! Take the thrill of spinning the wheel to see how much money you have at stake before betting it to pick a letter and simultaneously unveil a secret image! The secret image is also the answer to the puzzle, so your goal is to use both your visual clue as well as your ability to solve missing letter puzzles to win. A dashing host and a leaderboard make each round a thrill to play.

Again with the permissions! Too bad, I would have liked to try it. It apparently also contains adware.

  • Application Permissions: (Help me understand what permissions mean)
    • Read only access to phone state
    • Get notified that the operating system has finished booting
    • Open network sockets
    • Write to external storage
    • Access information about Wi-Fi networks
    • Access information about networks
    • PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming

Mythic Mining is the 1/23 app.

It is time for the yearly mining contest upon the mythical world of Kavros. One hero from each of the great races will step up to face this mighty challenge - and one of those heroes is you.

Be the first to earn enough gold pieces to beat the level and the contest will move to a bigger mine with a higher target and more treasure to be found.

Here is one you can have fun with, especially if you like digging games. Nothing less than a 3 star rating and no permissions other than write to external storage.

Talking Clock Pro is the 1/24 app.

Talking Clock Pro announces the time according to the user's schedule at certain time intervals the application runs with an attractive colorful time display. Each named schedule can contain numerous flexible talking periods including spoken mode, announcement frequency, as well as event on finish, which can even be "own record" or alarm

We don't have enough noise around us already? Do these schedules talk to each other? I wonder if they get into arguments. Read the reviews and check out the permissions and then go get a cup of coffee and FERGETABOUTIT!

I agree, sounded like it would be very annoying. Also, very confusing.

Doom & Destiny is the 1/25 app.

Doom & Destiny is an award winning indie JRPG from XBOX and Windows Phone!
Four nerds, drawn into a fantasy world and mistaken for heroes, have to battle their way through a massive crazy adventure and defeat a preposterous villian!

If you like roll playing games, this one has good ratings and basically no permissions. Another one that does not seem to work well on Kindle.

Cave Escape is the 1/26 app.

Finally you have found the Holy Grail! But how far can you escape? Zombies, Werewolves, Orcs and Bats are going to stop you and return the Holy Grail back to the secret Cave! Swipe to jump and slide.
