Android on Nook

Safe to assume that there is a version difference from the samsung tablets and the nook. I noticed some apps that will work for one will not work for the other. Is there a ROOT around to fix this glitch *wink* or is it just the nature of the beast?

A Nook just isn't your normal/standard Android tablet. Neither was the Amazon Fire Phone a normal/standard Android phone. It was a big fail because of it. The Nook has its place.
