connection from tablet to computer

i am new to this and have no idea how to connect my tablet to my computer. please help!!

It should have come with a USB cable. You haven't mentioned what kind of tablet, or what kind of computer, but the computer should see the tablet when you connect them. You may likely see a pop-up on the tablet that asks you how you want to connect, select the Connect via USB option on the tablet.
