I tried to do my first firmware update (with Tim 4e) but I got problems.
The update procedure started well, but soon showed the following error message:
"discovery firmware extracted wrongly"
After this problem, when I turn on the device, it gets stuck on the "Android World" screen.
I tried many times again with Tim 4e, 3c and 2b versions, and with iBex official 4.90 edition. All the same.
I guess I did the correct procedure:
1) Format the SD card as FAT32 (also tried FAT16) using win tool (also with SD Formatter 3.0);
2) Copy files (firmware2 and firmware-discovery) to card root;
3) Turn on.
My tablet specifications are:
CPU: Infotmic ix220 1GMHz ARM11
RAM: 512MB DDR2
Internal Memory: 4GB
Expansion: 1x microSD
Display: 10.1" 1024*600
OS: Google Android 2.2
Model: disco
In the product box is only printed "SuperPad", but according to these specifications it is a Flytouch3 / Superpad2. Right?
I'm very upset about that.
Would anyone have a tip to help me? Thanks
