You don't need to follow any sort of sequence for the ROMs. You can install any of them the same way. Because you travel I suggest getting everything in line first then trying each until you find what you like.
1. Create a bootable CWR SD card version 3.2.0.1 or higher (you can also do this from CWR on internal memory but using the card gives you an easy all in one option).
2. Put Phiremod, CM7, Google Apps and if you want B&N 1.2 and 1.3 ROM zip files on the SD card.
3. Make a backup of your current setup, both nandroid (from CWR) and Titanium Backup (while booted into your current setup).
4. Power down and insert your bootable CWR SD card. Power up.
5. Wipe system/data and clear your cache and dalvik cache.
6. Flash the zip file of the ROM of your choice. If flashing CM7 flash the Gapps after flashing the ROM.
7. Unmount SD card and remove.
8. Reboot.
