Just SCREENSHOTS

Did the card come with an app for screenshots or did you have to add one?

I read on google/ics/nexus that one can take a screenshot just pressing and releasing the home and down volume at the same time but it didn't work so I installed sreenshot that I believe took the place of shoot me that I have on my Cm7 card. I shook it and it worked!:) :)

I was lazy, I just bought the sd card with ics on it , I didn't do it myself. I got it on ebay, I was looking for a cm7 card for a friend and I came across ics andI couldn't resist trying it even though it didn't have audio .

No Spider, you can ask me any question....I know why you are asking, you want to know how much somebody has the nerve to charge for something buggy , that doesn't fully work. Well it was $17.95. ....to me it was worth it the fun to have ics , at its early stages, on my nook.! On the other hand I won a bid for a cm7 card, good for my broke friend, for $8.05, great card, works perfectly .

You know spider, when i bought the nook overt a year ago, I thought it was for reading . I stumbled into the forum and the first line i read was: TO ROOT OR NOT TO ROOT and right then i figured there was something more that my e reader could give me than books to read. And indeed I rooted it, with gadgetrant help and I got the market, then I went back to stock to get b&N first update, that we thought it was a big deal but it wasn't so I put CM7 on a card and I made it exciting again. And now ics, very exciting I had to try it ,no matter the cost! :)

Actually, I've been thinking of getting/making a bootable SD myself to "play" with, and I'm trying to decide between getting and making. I'm totally satisfied with my NC as it is and don't want to mess it up. Basically stock with access to the markets, it does everything I want it to do. But, it would be nice to have something to "play" with from time to time. Considering the fact I'd have to buy a blank card anyway, the price you paid seems very reasonable.

So Gloria what are the main differences that stick out from cm7? Anything exciting coming?

Totally different. ICS is much more like Honeycomb than Gingerbread which is what CM7 is.

Shortyred,go to my thread here at nook , Ice cream sandwich....I posted few screenshots, you can see how everything look different, even when you open an app like u tube ....everything loks really good in panoramic view. Ics it' s smoother and faster than C M7. As Spider said,I am happy with C m7, didn't really need anything more but I like new things, I love to learn. Once ics is going to have no bugs at all though, I might keep it, I like the look of it .
