My New Aurora II Won't Turn on

I purchased from androidinabox and I have had this thing for only two days i charged through the wall and through usb and it won't turn on.

Hello sir, I just bought a brand new Ainol Aurora I, It works perfectly fine, although it doesn't respond sometimes and the internet also lagging but it works, suddenly this evening, I just cant open apps and I tried to reset it and it just keeps loading, then I tried to reset it again and now it wont turn on ! XD can you help me sir XD
