OMG....my brain is bleeding....slow down Local,it's not even Wednesday yet.But I ' m up to date , I watched everything and I read everything and I enjoyed everything exept for my dinner in a new Italian (? ) restaurant. I would have loved your asparagus with slices of speck rolled around them . I was born where the speck come from and the farmers up there on the mountains stil make it. It's north Italy right at the border with Austria, I even watched the video about Ayn Rand and the Fountainhead. Her philosophy: the law of the jungle. If you see the classy lady again tell her not to pump up her lips anymore, we like her au naturale! I personally like her ex better than her,....used to, it's gettin older now Dennis Quaid but who looks better than him is our new mod J5,as u call him or JP as I call him, I bet you didn' t see his pic on my screenshot over at -just Screensots-!!??Go check him out ...he is smart and handsome....very rear in a man!.

Ok first things first a grand Tip of the Hat to the Boston Bruins. I am not much of a sports fan but champions are champions so well done boys....

Now on to this evenings feature presentation.....

Wednesday Night Theater

TheCube by Jim Henson

OK first a bit of background on this evenings presentation,

"NBC Experiment in Television" The Cube (TV episode 1969) - IMDb,

The Cube (1969 film) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

P
rior to putting his hand up a Muppets...erm,

Let me try that again,

Prior to gaining a perpetual green thumb (heheh)Jim Henson had strange ideas about reality and consciousness. Particularly when it came to television and it's ability to influence. This teleplay premiered in 1969 and was only broadcast twice.
This was the primary influence for the the film "Cube" and its lesser sequels.

Now without further ado...

I apologize for the quality but if you had any idea how happy I was just to have found this....

so was it a complement that I got called a "butt" head one time?

If you have a good looking butt, then it's a compliment , otherwise: ugly butt= ugly head = not a compliment !

This is the sh1t that scares me

LulzSec, Anon, and the /b/tards can kick sand in people's faces as much as they want, but I am not afraid of them.

I am afraid of a government that could unleash something like this on the unsuspecting population with not a whit of concern for what would happen after it was uncovered.

Without the responsibility and presence of mind to realize that no matter how secret, subversive, and stealth your code may be and no matter how much good you think it may accopmplish...

Once it is written it cannot be un-written.

Once it is written it can be deciphered

Once it is written it can be modified.

Once it is written and released it cannot...

Be put back.

I am not a fan of Iran having nuclear weapons, come to think of it I am not a fan of anyone having the hardware(and the grapes;)) to annihilate this wonderful world of ours, but this hardly seems like the responsible, democratic, way of doing things now does it.

:mad:Not trying to start a political debate, just had to get that off my chest.

:confused:Did NO ONE watch last nights movie?

Having worked in government for over 22 years, I discovered that our system is so fragmented that noone really understands their responsibilities within it. Homeland security ( there is an oxymoron) is in charge of security of computer systems in all government offices, yet the folks at NSA have the knowledge to really make the system secure. Our leaders do not trust NSA to operate within the US borders due to their charter. The motto of the NSA is, "In GOD we trust, all others we monitor" Sorta makes one wonder.........
