Based on what's known you have the latest firmware. See Post #12 about identifying the Hardware Id "hwver" as some of these have different internal boards requiring specific firmware.Sorry to be such a DA about this tablet, but I am non the less.

Now what do I do to find out about updates and fixing my internet connection???
The tablet may just need to be "factory reset" to re-enable wifi. If it's connection issues it's a known problem and no firmware has fixed yet but there are tweaks.
