Update with gentouch78patchv2- Missing Items...Please Help

Please help

I performed the latest update from Augen -"gentouch78patchv2.zip"


-I lost " Dev Tools" and the other Device control app with terminal command ....
- The app Store is not working....


Please help...

Le's add Youtube, but I just fix that app by applying Youtube HQ or Youtube HD which over rides the prior. Also the default browser isn't working as it should so now I using Dolphin Browser not the HD version that's too slow which is a known issue by them.
