Familiar With Making CynangenMod ROM?

I am wondering if there is any ROM developer in this thread? Or familiar of creating ROM.

I was trying to get everything ready for making the CM ROM. But i don't have any experience of making ROM before. I have Ubuntu 13.04 64-bit ready, and I was having trouble syncing the CM10.1 repo Anyone wanna give me some direction?
