Sorry Gloria a little explanation is in order... Here is a video of a Kassilator in action, just to give you an idea.



It is an incredibly powerful music production tool. To have ONE of them as part of your kit gives you almost limitless capabilities in a live production environment.

Four of them is just simply bonkers.

It is the tech equivalent of Yo Yo Ma with 4 cellos, Elton John with 4 grand pianos, or heaven forbid T-Pain with more than one copy of Auto-Tune.

I just read through the 21 pages of this thread.
Congrats to JP for making Mod.
The only video I've watched so far is "sesame street aliens discover dubstep" which tells me everyone here is warped enough for me.
I love the looks of both the interior and exterior of the cafe.
I'm sort of boring so will probably be mainly a lurker...

Now for the boring question...
So far I've only rooted and installed some apps. I'm ready for CM7.
What's the best thread to read?
My Nook is only 2 weeks old so it's running version 1.2.0
I've got an 8gb card in now with a spare 8gb card and a couple 2gb cards.
Should I use one of the spares?

Hi there folks, just wandered by and wanted to say hello. Just finished reading the thread and see that LS and I share a common friendship with a man named Bill. 25 years for me this past March. Yes, I too am an old Guy. Now I putter and travel. The wife and I have a motorhome so we can see the country at our pace. I play with the nook color and a Hiawei S7 but have cast gready eyes on a 10 inch tab in the near future. No set model as the options change almost daily but I follow the forums and check out feedback on tabs before making decisions. It is nice to see an off-topic area as I tend to become immensed in tech if given the chance (something about addictive personalities). Hope to visit here often and get to know you all. Here are a few pics from the road.

Welcome to the Cafe Nook Moshe!

Congratulations on your 25yrs that is an accomplishment. Let's just say I know Bill, we don't spend a lot of time together but it's nice to know he is there if I need him. As are many others. I will have 3 years come Thanksgiving and is still the best decision I've ever made.

Great pics! Must be nice on the open road. I have spent some time traversing this great country of ours but now I have a dug myself a delightful little rut out here on My Island, and the greater US slips further away by the week, tee hee. Lets just say I don't venture out into the real world(mainlaind) all that often.

That's what the interwebs are for....
