I speak from very personal experience here. I have been in some deep dark holes in my life and as silly as it may sound a positive outlook and a focus on the good, anything good, can save your life.

If you go to settings and put - nook color - in your signature, our freshly made moderator and friend JP can add you to the list of proud nook color' s owners and if you take a pic of your screen and post it on my -just Screenshot - thread over ar " themes and wallpapers", you are going to make me happy because I looooooove SCRENSSOTS!!!!! .

@SHUTTER PEEP- As you can see it can take almost nothing to be happy and unfortunately less than " nothing " to feel miserable. I' m glad our Local Stain was at the cafe de nook with you today. Eat well,meaning watch for certain chemicals in foodl they can depress your system and your mind. Avoid too much fish especially canned, too much mercury it makes you feel depressed, And if it doesn ' t work you can go and take a look at my naked pic few posts back...take advantage before it get censored!! .

@SHNOIDZ- glad to see you here, if you now how to, I don't and my name says it all, please post on this thread some of the camera work if your pig Schnoidz, we would love to have it here,.

Here's a shot of Schnoidz for Gloria. I knew that Phreadrica had come down from her perch and was wandering around. I turned from the computer to see where she was and found that Schnoidz was using her for a pillow. Luckily I had a camera next to the keyboard and turned around to get this shot.

The original is on a disc somewhere but I had this smaller version on the computer and just came across it as I was looking for something else and decided to share it.
