2) unplug usb and power for ~10sec
3) plug power and usb in and wait ~10sec
4) use the apx combo (back (2sec) --> back + pwr (2sec) -- pwr (2sec) )

hallo, i get my POV mobii tegra yesterday.
first i installed the "softwareImage_v1.10_Vega_Final.exe" ROM and the touchscreen works good. then i saw the great work of viewcomb 3.2!
so i tried the viewcomb 3.2 build 7 and the build 5.1, but the touchscreen works realy bad. should i try an other build of viewcomb, or does the touchscreen in viecomb 3.2 generally don't work good?
or can you recommend mi another honeycomb ROM for my POV mobii tegra?

Great job guys but I am also looking forward to boot fix on 7.1. have tested it at least a dozen times and finally it's stuck at fastboot usb message. looking forward to 7.2 eagerly. my device is viewpad 10S wifi...

I just have had this problem: "Starting fastboot usb download protocol" .
It seems 7.1 does not solve the boot problem.
My device is viewpad 10s wifi version.
Looking forward to version 7.2.

hello all,
is the first time I write on this forum. My name is Flavio and I live in Switzerland.
I recently purchased a P10AN01010 (with 3G module).
Yesterday I installed ViewComB 3.2 Build 7 and I found the following problem although I must say I was very positively surprised:

- Automatic update of the weather using the position does not work.
- Detection of the position so it does not work for Google Maps (GPS data from the GSM-GPS)
- Sometimes, after putting on hold the tablet's 3G network is no longer usable.
- There is no possibility to enter the PIN code of SIM card (to use the SIM card I had to disable the PIN code before inserting the SIM into the tablet.
- I'm not sure but Gmail contacts are not loaded in the phone book (I still have to recheck once)

to answer a few questions regarding 7.1

no working solution for the gps, although legionnairre assures me that one is coming (hence, location based services will not work unless connected to the internet)

disable your sim card pin using your phone, then insert into your tab

your gmail contacts should sync in the email app

touchscreen works perfectly (remember this ROM is for the viewpad 10s 3g )

I have successfully "rebooted" my tablet half a dozen times, there is no boot issue if you own the 3g version of the viewsonic viewpad

the minor kernel fixes and gpu ram fix, have made this tablet, as fast as a motorola xzoom, on which all tegra based roms (vegacomb, viewcomb etc) source code and kernels are based on, and viewcomb 7.1 is an extremely well worked piece of code, it has turned a minor brand tablet, into a powerhouse, and this is due to ONE developer, LEGIONNAIRE, many thanks sir, without your hard work, the viewpad 10s 3g would be such a dissapointment, with viewcomb 7.1 installed, its a great machine, many thanks.

I have updated my Viewpad 10s with Build 6.3.
Now i would update it with Build 7.

I can't install the USB Driver because Windows says "Windows cold not find driver software for your Device"
But i have install the driver right. And when i start the "ViewCOMB_3.2_Build_7.exe" it says:
"USB device not foundPress enter to continue"

Can you help me please ????????????

Hey Guys,

I was out on a trip a few days, so I didn't have time to respond..

I have the 10s wifi only model, and the touch screen is doing
quite well. Only in the main menu it fails to respond right sometimes..

I hope for you it still is a software problem, but mine is working

Well, seems there are more than one "wifi" model... some hardware differences (maybe only the touch panel)... I'm in the wrong batch... geez...
I'm stuck in version 5.1, works well, a little slow maybe, but works... and Viewcomb is far better and nicer than stock 2.2.

I want to help with the screen touch problem in my V10s and others like me, to have a full Viewcomb for everyone... can you tell me where to start to dig ?

As i said, still has the issue... I'm stuck in v5.1, works well but I think is slower that v6 and up, I'm not sure about this...

7.1 has a new touchscreen calibration app, might be worthwhile to try it !

great for build 7.1 and no problem until now, but i have little problem for the 3G connection, after lock screen the 3G can't connect, but in build 6.2 - 6.3 working well, this problem like in build build 6 RC 4& RC 5 and build 6.1 and i have problem for bluetooth i can't transfer file from my phone (SE k618i) but can paired the divice

I had updated the Point of View Mobii Tegra, aka POV Mobii with the version 6.3 and works very well, I'm waiting to finish exams to updated to last version.
