The fact that they deal with customer issues has to count very much in ShowChina's favour. I for one am very much encouraged by the way in which they have dealt with technical issues and customer returns. It appears to me that these units are built to order and everyone has had to wait, but they DO deliver the goods.

The 3g only worked with att not t-mobile. What sim card are you using.

O exactly same case happened with me from SHOWCHINA. They are very bad service. They should be banned.

I have been talking to the same Rep I bought the tablet from and I shipped it back to him. So far support has been okay.

Did you setup the apn for your provider?

Yes, I setup apn AIS. it green. But no connect.

Did you update your firmware to the latest? What frequency does your provider use for internet.

Here are some pics of the GUTS if you want a peep inside but dont want to take yours apart.
If you plan to take your unit apart to take a peep inside be very gentle and do not force or pry on the unit and make sure to be very gentle with the ribbon cables and ribbon connectors, they can easily be damaged with the least amount of force.

Well they certainly cram it all in! Good to see the Huawei module is CE certified (one of the questions I asked ShowChina who didn't bother answering).

Looks like Showchina is pushing android 2.3 on the latest kinpad according to there website. It will be very nice to get that update because Ive been having some issues out of the current firmware.

Great. Thanks for the pics I was interested in doing that as well but I sent mine off. Could you see if the internal storage is a removable sdcard or is it flash on the board?
