No sound on 1080p MKV playback is the only thing bothering me currently.

aliens.try.hd.mkv did not have sound when I played it on the kinpad Im very sure it is the codec that website is using, probably wont work with xbox360 either. It did play sound on pc though using mkv codec pack.

I found another issue.........if you select a short ring tone other than bell phone the phone will only ring once no matter how many times the person on the other end lets it ring and eventhough I upgraded new firmware the device continues to alert me that a new update is avilible. I think our support programmer were ever he may be can help us out.

I took a tech call today and used the speaker phone for 3 hrs straight with no problems or complaints from the person I was talking too LOVED IT ! my hands were free to work the speaker is so loud and clear and the other person could hear me as if I was standing next to him.

I wish there was a way we could contact the programmer to notify him of our issues. I will send some emails to Aliexpress to see if they could help. Since everyone else has bought theirs through Merimobles or some where else try to contact your seller to see if they have any info on the support end. At least we have been getting about one update per month, which is pretty good.

You had it plugged in or running off the battery? I love the speaker, it is pretty load.

Battery .......on full charge it drained the battery by maybe half, but for such a large and loud device it has real good battery power.

Even after upgrading to fk15 v2.5 sound becomes unresponsive randomly when making or received calls. require reboot.
device randomly shuts down on standby
device continues to notifying for new update even after its updated
some types of mkv files have no audio

Yes on the PC I had to load the AC3 codec but can't find anything on how to go about loading this on Android - suggestions very much appreciated.

Are you using the default video player? Have you tried using a different one like RockPlayer.

My little girl unplugged my kinpad last night......man it takes awhile to charge back to full battery. Im in the process of identification of the charging cable. I believe it is 60 pin to usb.

I do not know if its the same pin-out but the generic apple iphone transfer cable looks exactly the same.

As I've mentioned perviously the iphone usb cable (and only the cable) can be used to connect a kinpad to a usb power adapter. I use my girlfriend's cable all the time. So I would say that it's a generic usb cable.

As for adapters I went to the discount electronic area of my city and bought one for around $5. The only hassle was trying to find one that was 2000ma (2amps). Make sure you stay away from the smart adapters
